Before any services begin, I offer a complimentary Meet & Greet to ensure everyone - human and animal - is comfortable and confident.

This relaxed, no-obligation visit gives us the chance to get to know each other, go over your pet's routine, preferences, and needs, and answer any questions you may have. It also gives your pet a chance to meet me in their own space, where they feel safe and at ease.

We'll discuss things like:

• your pet's personality, likes and dislikes

• health, diet, and exercise needs

• behaviour and training background

• emergency contacts and home access

• any specific instructions or routines
